Henry Coe and Butterflies in Santa Cruz

A nice day, so we figured to go hiking.
Ronen, Nurit, Itamar, Guy and Yonatan joined us, and we trekked some big trees.
Best of all though, there were these fences you could walk on!

And lest you think this was just a hike, check out the number trail!
Here I found number 5...
After the trek, we sat down for a nice picnic, and decided to head out to Santa Cruz and the beach.

But before going to the beach, we went down to the grove, and we found hundreds of butterflies resting on the trees.
Well, at least some were resting. These are called Monarchs, and appearently they take this time of year to rest right here.
Tens if not hundreds of thousands all come together and rest, and even hibernate the winter.
